These terms govern every purchase made through https://shop.450labs.net. They are written for consumers buying at a distance, so they cover who you are buying from, how an order becomes a contract, what you pay, when the goods arrive, and what to do when something goes wrong. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
This is a starting-point template and not legal advice. It has to be reviewed for this business before it is relied on.

2. How an order is formed
- You add products to the basket and open the checkout.
- Before you confirm, the checkout shows the products, the quantities, the price of each line and the total you will pay.
- Confirming the order is your offer to buy. It is not yet a contract.
- The contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm it to you. We may decline an order, for example when a product is out of stock, when the price shown was wrong, or when we cannot deliver to the address you gave. If we decline after you have already paid, you get the full amount back.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you enter. We use them to deliver and to reach you about the order.
3. Prices
Prices are shown per product at https://shop.450labs.net and include VAT at the applicable rate. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place the order.
Delivery cost is shown separately at checkout and is added to the product total. Nothing else is charged on top.
If we notice an obvious pricing error before the order is accepted, we will tell you and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel at no cost.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods: card online, cash on delivery.
Cash on delivery. Where cash on delivery is offered, you pay the courier in cash when the order is handed over. Nothing is charged when you place the order, and we never ask for or store card details. Have the exact amount ready where possible. If a cash-on-delivery fee applies, it is shown at checkout before you confirm.
5. Delivery
- Where we deliver: Nowhere. This is a demonstration shop and no order is dispatched.
- How long it takes: No order is dispatched, so there is no delivery time.
- What it costs: No delivery is offered, so nothing is charged for it.
Delivery times are estimates counted from the moment we accept the order, not a guaranteed date. If delivery is going to be materially later than the estimate, we will tell you and you may cancel and get your money back.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed to you or to someone you named to receive them.
6. Your right to change your mind
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, with some exceptions. The full information, the exceptions, who pays return shipping and the model withdrawal form are on the Right of Withdrawal page.
7. If the goods are faulty or not as described
Separately from the withdrawal right, you have a legal guarantee of conformity under Greek and EU consumer-protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Law 2251/1994). Goods must match their description, be fit for their ordinary purpose and have the quality you can reasonably expect. Where they do not, you can ask for repair or replacement, and if that is impossible, disproportionate or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or for the contract to be ended with a refund.
This guarantee is free of charge for you and applies for the period set by Greek and EU consumer-protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Law 2251/1994). Nothing in these terms limits it. Tell us at hello@450labs.net, with your order number and a description or photo of the problem.
8. Complaints
Send any complaint to hello@450labs.net with your order number. We answer complaints within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (144 Alexandras Ave., 114 71 Athens, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to seek an out-of-court settlement. We are not obliged to take part in an alternative dispute resolution procedure, and we are not currently signed up to one.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings where you live.
